Star of the Quarter: This award recognizes an employee who stood out in a unique way, whether through leadership, creativity, problem-solving, or an extraordinary contribution that doesn’t fit into a single category. They are the ones who made a difference, went above and beyond in their own way, and left a lasting impact on customers and the team.

Winners & Why They Won

Excellence — Shay Le (North America — Boston Team)

Shay blends precise project leadership with hands-on technical contribution, keeping multiple complex initiatives on track while writing and reviewing code, troubleshooting tricky issues, and mentoring teammates. Her consistently meticulous execution and willingness to get into the details elevated team delivery, making her a strong fit for this award.

Go Beyond — Ryan Hutchinson (EMEA)

Ryan relentlessly turns recurring problems into lasting solutions, building practical tooling and automations that remove manual toil and increase reliability. He takes initiative across regions and time zones, owns migrations and platform improvements, and delivers innovations that multiply impact, which exemplifies our Go Beyond value.

One Naviam — Renjini Kamala (APAC)

Renjini actively stitches people and processes together across functions and regions, mentors new colleagues, and creates smoother ways of working so teams operate as one. Her approachable, dependable leadership builds trust and shared ownership—exactly the spirit the One Naviam award celebrates.

Win Together — Kyle Ross (North America — Ohio)

Kyle quietly owns the most complex, cross-team technical challenges for his accounts, performing deep technical analysis and coordinating across internal and partner teams to deliver sustainable solutions. His client-first stewardship and ability to marshal cross-functional support ensure lasting outcomes—the heart of Win Together.

Star of the Quarter — Will Symons (North America — Ohio)

Will is the behind-the-scenes force who consistently steps up: working long hours across time zones, rapidly learning new technologies to unblock projects, improving documentation and processes, and patiently coaching colleagues. His steady, high-impact contributions are exactly the standout efforts the Star of the Quarter recognizes.

Each winner will receive a special award to display and a celebratory dinner paid by Naviam, giving them an opportunity to include the loved ones and supporters who enable their success. We recognize that every Naviator’s achievements are supported by people behind the scenes, and we’re honored to celebrate them too.
