Excellence: This award is presented to an employee who demonstrates exceptional dedication, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset. They set the bar high, take pride in their work, and ensure excellence in everything they do.

Win Together: This award honors a team player who contributes meaningfully to delivering outstanding client outcomes. Whether through collaboration, cross-functional teamwork, or direct client engagement, this individual helps ensure our clients succeed because when they win, we all Win Together.

Star of the Quarter: This award recognizes an employee who stood out in a unique way, whether through leadership, creativity, problem-solving, or an extraordinary contribution that doesn’t fit into a single category. They are the ones who made a difference, went above and beyond in their own way, and left a lasting impact on customers and the team.

Winners & Why They Won

Excellence — Bridget Lecher-Smith (North America — Ohio)

Bridget combines meticulous attention to detail with consistent, high-quality delivery on complex projects, catching issues before they escalate and lifting the team through technical rigor and practical mentorship.

Go Beyond — Nivin George (APAC)

Nivin proactively takes initiative across sales and delivery, running demos, engaging stakeholders, and owning work end-to-end to deliver practical, scalable solutions that remove friction and multiply impact across teams.

One Naviam — Mike Berry (North America - Ohio)

Mike drives exceptional client outcomes through collaborative leadership and accountability, building deep trust with clients and leading cross-functional go-lives. He brings teams together, listens first, and finds practical solutions, truly embodying the One Naviam spirit.

Win Together — Sarah Nunn (EMEA)

Sarah’s client-first leadership and technical ownership drive sustained, cross-functional success. She brings teams together, coordinates complex deliveries, and ensures solutions are implemented for long-term client impact.

Star of the Quarter — Maycon Belfort (APAC)

Maycon delivered standout, high-impact work that crossed regions and brought teams together. His initiative, creative leadership, and ability to turn ideas into measurable results made a real difference for the business.

Star of the Quarter — Shauna Gilbert (North America - Ohio)

Shauna earned this recognition for bold, high-impact contributions, leading cross-team initiatives, streamlining processes, and consistently stepping beyond her role to deliver measurable improvements that benefited clients and colleagues alike.

Each winner will receive a special award to display and a celebratory dinner paid by Naviam, giving them an opportunity to include the loved ones and supporters who enable their success. We recognize that every Naviator’s achievements are supported by people behind the scenes, and we’re honored to celebrate them too.
