One Year of Naviam: Building One Global Team

One year ago, Naviam was officially launched.
What started as a group of leading IBM Maximo partners came together with a clear goal: to build something stronger, more connected, and better equipped to simplify the asset management journey for clients worldwide.
Today, Naviam represents that vision in practice.
Over the past year, we’ve brought teams together, expanded globally, introduced new solutions, and supported some of the world's most complex Maximo environments. Guided by our mission to simplify the path to achieving ultimate value from all your assets, this first year has been about building a stronger foundation for our clients, partners, and global team.
This is a look at what we’ve built, what makes Naviam different, and where we’re headed next.
Naviam was formed by bringing together organizations with long histories in the Maximo ecosystem. Each brought something distinct, from deep consulting expertise to product innovation, cloud and managed services, GIS capabilities, and long-standing customer relationships.
Bringing them together created something that did not exist before: a single organization that can support clients across every layer of Maximo, from strategy and implementation to cloud, products, and long-term optimization.

Over the past year, one of the biggest differentiators has been bringing together the best of legacy products under the Naviam portfolio.

Naviam Cloud+ brings together enhanced tools, bundled entitlements, administrative and user-focused functionality, scalable tiered options, 24/7 monitoring, disaster recovery, real-time dashboard visibility, personalized support, and certified expertise in one offering, giving organizations a stronger, more capable way to run Maximo in the cloud. It reflects our solution-focused approach: bringing together cloud, products, expertise, and support to help clients move faster and operate with greater confidence.

Operating across North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, Naviam and its employees are committed to leading the Maximo community. We actively engage through forums, speaking engagements, user groups, outreach, and thought leadership, using those opportunities to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and stay closely connected to the community we support. As a company, Naviam has launched initiatives such as the Naviam Blog and the MORE Maximo Community to share insights, expertise, and industry perspective, while Naviam employees have also contributed through independently developed resources like MaximoSecrets and Naviam GitHub content, further expanding the knowledge and support available to Maximo users.

At the center of Naviam is a global team of Maximo professionals. Over the past year, one of the biggest achievements has been bringing that expertise together: consultants, engineers, architects, sales teams, and Maximo-certified specialists who have worked across industries, technologies, and some of the most complex environments in the ecosystem.
Sharing knowledge. Aligning delivery. Operating as one team. One Naviam has always been the biggest goal. It is also closely tied to the other values that shape how we work every day: Go Beyond, Be Excellent, and Win Together.
